Because the human eye cannot perceive these wavelengths, it can be harmed in a completely unconscious state.This eye-safety 1.5μm pulsed fiber laser, also known as 1550nm/1535nm small-size pulsed fiber laser, is important for the driving safety of self-driving/intelligent driving vehicles.

Lumispot Tech has optimized the design to achieve high peak output without small pulses (sub-pulses), as well as good beam quality, small divergence angle and high repetition frequency, which is ideal for medium and long distance measurement under the premise of eye-safety.

The unique pump modulation technology is used to avoid a large amount of ASE noise and power consumption due to the pump being normally open, and the power consumption and noise are significantly better than similar products when the same peak output is achieved. In addition, the product is small in size (package size in 50mm*70mm*19mm) and light in weight (<100g), which is suitable for integrating or carrying to small optoelectronic systems, such as unmanned vehicles, unmanned aircraft and many other intelligent platforms, etc. The product wavelength can be customized (CWL 1535±3nm), pulse width, repetition frequency, pulse out delay jitter adjustable, low storage requirements (-40℃ to 105℃) . For the typical values of product parameters, the reference can be referred to: @3ns, 500khz, 1W, 25℃.
