Conduction-cooled stacks are available on the market in different specifications such as size, electrical design and weight, resulting in different wavelengths and power ranges. Lumispot Tech offers a variety of conductive-cooled laser diode arrays. The physical shape and partial parameters can be customized according to different customers' needs. Among them, this model LM-808-Q800-C16-HA, LM-808-Q1000-C20-HA, LM-808-Q1500-C15-HA, and LM-808-Q2000-C20-HA laminated arrays are circular quasi-continuous laminated. This product belongs to a series of the specially structured laser diode with the number of bars and power output values differing. Different models can be selected according to the requirements. The output power of this product can reach 1600W with a configuration of 20 bars. The center wavelength is roughly 808nm and the tolerance is within 4nm, making it the first choice for pumping cylindrical bar crystals. Lumispot Technologies' Polygonal/Annular quasi-continuous stacked product is welded using AuSn hardfacing technology, with multiple arc-shaped semiconductor stacked arrays forming a complete, circular pumping cavity. So this product has a compact size, uniform light distribution, easy electrical connection, and a pumping method that can dramatically improve pump density and uniformity. The cooling stack can be used for pumping solid-state lasers, scientific research as well as medical purposes.
Further development and optimization of current CW diode laser technology has yielded high-power quasi-continuous wave (QCW) diode laser bars for pumping applications. The compact and robust package mounted on a standard heat sink with hard-soldered gold tin enables good thermal control by means of macro-channel water cooling, enabling reliable operation at high temperatures. As a result, the product is stable and can be stored for long periods of time between -10 and 50 degrees Celsius.
Our QCW arc stacks offer a competitive, performance-oriented solution for your industrial needs. Currently available in custom single or multiple wavelengths in the 790nm to 815nm range. The arrays can be used for illumination, sensing, R&D, and solid-state diode pumping.
