This series of semiconductor laser adopts the structure design based on low working current, the product is stable, easy to install and use, and the service life fully meets the requirements of industrial customers. This series of 976nm/940nm 10w single emitter diode laser offers peak power generally greater than 10W. For the main two models, the center wavelength is 976nm and 940nm respectively. It is worth mentioning that the wavelength change range can be controlled between 5nm. Besides that, the fiber length and output type can be customized on demand. The temperature drift factor is -0.3nm/°C. The product can be used at approximately -20 to 50 degrees Celsius and requires low storage conditions, requiring temperatures between -30 and 80 degrees Celsius.
