Application: Diode Laser Direct Use,Laser Illumination, Pump Source for Solid-state Laser and Fiber Laser
A fiber-coupled diode laser is a diode laser device that couples the generated light into an optical fiber. It is relatively easy to couple the output of the laser diode into an optical fiber to transmit the light where it is needed, so it can be used in many directions. In general, fiber-coupled semiconductor lasers have several advantages: the beam is smooth and uniform, and fiber-coupled devices can be easily combined with other fiber elements, so defective fiber-coupled diode lasers can be easily replaced without changing the arrangement of the device using the light.
The LC18 series of semiconductor lasers are available in center wavelengths from 790nm to 976nm and spectral widths from 1-5nm, all of which can be selected as needed. Compared with C2 and C3 series, the power of LC18 class fiber-coupled diode lasers will be higher, from 150W to 370W, configured with 0.22NA fiber. the working voltage of LC18 series products is less than 33V, and the electro-optical conversion efficiency can basically reach more than 46%. The whole series of platform products are subject to environmental stress screening and related reliability tests in accordance with the requirements of national military standards. The products are small in size, light in weight, and easy to install and use. While meeting the specific requirements of scientific research and industry, they save more space for downstream industrial customers to miniaturize their products.
This product adopts Lumispot's lightweight design technology (≤0.5g/W) and high-efficiency coupling technology (≤52%). The main features of LC18 are high environmental adaptability, high-efficiency conduction and heat dissipation, long life, compact structure, and lightweight. We have a complete process flow from strict chip soldering, neat 50um gold wire soldering, FAC and SAC commissioning, reflector automation equipment commissioning, high and low-temperature testing, followed by final product inspection to determine product quality.
