Conductive Cooled Stacks
Conduction-cooled stacks are available on the market in various specifications such as size, electrical design and weight, which will result in different ranges of wavelengths and power outputs. Lumispot Tech offers a variety of conduction cooled laser diode arrays. Depending on the customer's needs, the stack can be customized with an assembly of up to 20 pcs. The series are available in horizontal, vertical, polygon, ring, and mini-stacked arrays, soldered together using AuSn hard soldering technology. With its compact structure, high power density, high peak power, high reliability and long life, the cooling stack can be used in lighting, research, testing and pump sources.
