Lumispot Tech has made significant progress in high-power high-frequency narrow pulse width laser devices, breaking through the multi-chip small self-inductance micro-stacking process technology, pulse drive technology with small size, multi-frequency, and pulse width modulation integration technology, etc., to achieve and develop a series of high-power high-frequency narrow pulse width laser devices. Such products have the advantages of small size, lightweight, high-frequency, high peak power, narrow pulse, high-speed modulation, etc., the peak power can be more than 300W, the pulse width can be as low as 10ns, which are widely used in laser ranging radar, laser fuze, meteorological detection, identification communication, detection, and analysis, etc.
● The company has achieved milestones:
In 2022, the company strives on fiber coupling technology and made a qualitative breakthrough in the special application of fiber coupling output semiconductor laser devices, prepared a mass-to-power ratio as low as 0.5g/W based on the LC18 platform pump source products, has begun to send small batches of samples to the relevant user units with good feedbacks so far. Such lightweight and storage temperature range of -55 ℃ -110 ℃ pump source products In the future, it is expected to become one of the top products of the company.
● Significant progress made by Lumispot Tech Recently:
In addition, Lumispot Tech has also made significant technological and product advances in the fields of erbium glass lasers, bar array lasers, and semiconductor side pump modules.
Erbium glass laser has formed a perfect 100uJ, 200μJ, 350μJ, >400μJ and high heavy frequency series of erbium glass laser products in the mass production process, at present, Erbium glass of 100uJ has been adopted in large quantities to expand the beam of one technology, directly combined with the ranging module laser emission needs to integrate optical shaping and laser emission, which can be prevented from the impact of environmental pollution, significantly improve the reliability of the use of erbium glass laser as the core light source rangefinder.
Bar Array Laser adopts multiple solder combination sintering technology. Bar Array Laser with G-stack, area array, ring, arc, and other forms are in highly demanded in various aspects of applications. Lumispot Tech has also done a lot of preliminary research on the package structure, electrode material, and design. So far, our company has achieved some breakthroughs in the brightness of bar laser lighting. It is expected to achieve rapid transformation in engineering in the later stage.
In the field of semiconductor pump source modules, based on the mature technology experience in the industry, Lumispot Tech mainly focuses on the design and processing technology of concentrating cavities, uniform pumping technology, multi-dimensional/multi-loop stacking technology, etc. We have made a promising breakthrough in the pumping power level and operation mode, and the current pumping power can reach a 100,000-watt level, from small duty cycle pulse, quasi-continuous to long pulse width pulse, the continuous operation mode can be covered.
