Lumispot Tech offers a variety of conduction-cooled laser diode arrays. These stacked arrays can be accurately fixed on each diode bar with a fast-axis collimation (FAC) lens. With the FAC mounted, the fast-axis divergence is reduced to a low level. These stacked arrays can be constructed with 1-20 diode bars of 100W QCW to 300W QCW power.The space between bars is between 0.43nm to 0.73nm depending on the specific model. The collimated beams are easily combined with appropriate optical systems for applications requiring very high optical beam densities. Assembled in a compact and rugged package that can be easily attached, this is ideal for a wide range of applications such as pump rods or slabs solid-state lasers, illuminators, etc. The QCW FAC laser diode array offered by Lumispot Tech is capable of achieving a stable electro-optical conversion efficiency of 50% to 55%. This is also a very impressive and competitive figure for similar product parameters in the market.In the other aspect, the compact and robust package with gold-tin hard solder allows for good thermal control and reliable operation at high temperatures. This allows the product can be stored for long periods of time between -60 and 85 degrees Celsius, and operating under temperatures between -45 and 70 degrees Celsius.
